Noorhayati M. Saide is the founder and also the Managing Director for Cinta Halal Consultants LLP. She named the firm Cinta because of her passion to assist F&B business owners to attain MUIS Halal Certification and grow their business in the Halal Market. She considers this as her contribution to the local Muslim community to experience the taste of international Halal Food in Singapore without compromising on the Halal Certification requirements. Leveraging on more than 15 years of experience in the F&B industry and also her first-hand experience managing the first all Halal Foodcourt chain in Singapore, she is able to relate to the challenges and issues faced by F&B establishments and use her vast experience to provide sound advice to them for Halal Certification related matters.


Muzhaffar Nasir is the Business Partner and the Business Development Manager for Cinta Halal Consultants LLP. An engineering graduate from NTU, he decided to leave the engineering profession to pursue his passion in the Halal Food Industry. With his 6 years’ experience he gained from the Halal Food Industry and combining it with the 8 years’ experience in Project Management in his previous career, he is able to provide professional advice to F&B Establishments and companies to implement systematic processes and practical approaches to meet and sustain their MUIS Halal Certification requirements.
